Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. For shipping outside the US, ask for a quote and we'll tell you what's possible.
When your order ships
- Stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Printed items go into production after you approve your digital proof. The production time is on each product page. Shipping time is added after that.
- Custom and island exhibits ship on the schedule in your quote.
Orders ship from our production partners' warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate boxes or on different days. We email tracking numbers as each part ships.
How shipping is charged
Most items ship by parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS). Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address, so you see the cost before you pay.
Big items ship by freight truck. Booth kits 20 ft and wider, island exhibits, storage closets and anything over 150 lb are too big for parcel carriers. Freight isn't charged at checkout. We email you a freight quote, and nothing ships until you approve it. These products say "Ships by freight truck" on their page.
Heavy orders. If your order weighs more than 150 lb, checkout offers "Shipping quoted after you order". We'll email you the shipping cost to approve before your order ships.
Quotes include shipping. For custom booths, rentals and anything priced by quote, shipping is in the quote we send you.
Freight deliveries
- Freight is delivered to the curb or loading dock. Liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery and appointment scheduling cost extra. Tell us if you need any of them so they're in your quote.
- Someone must be there to receive the shipment and sign for it. Inspect it before you sign, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Shipping to a trade show
- Order early. Leave time to approve your proof, for production and for shipping.
- If you ship to the show's advance warehouse or to the venue, use the shipping labels and dates in your exhibitor kit, and give us the full address and booth number.
- Show handling fees (drayage) charged by the show contractor are separate and paid by the exhibitor.
Delivery dates
Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down a late shipment. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you order.
Address changes
Check your shipping address at checkout. If it needs to change, email us right away at hello@exhibittown.com. Once an order has shipped, carriers may charge to reroute it.
Damaged shipments
See our refund policy for what to do if something arrives damaged.
