Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your display. Here's how returns, cancellations and damage work.

Stock hardware: 30-day returns

You can return stock hardware within 30 days of delivery. Stock hardware means frames, stands, bases, cases and accessories without your artwork on them.

  • It must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
  • Email us at hello@exhibittown.com before you send anything back. We'll reply with a return authorization number and the address to ship it to. Returns sent without one can't be accepted.
  • You pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
  • A 20% restocking fee is taken from the refund.
  • Once the return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the original payment method, less the restocking fee. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Printed and custom items: final sale

Anything printed with your artwork or made to order can't be returned or refunded once you've approved your proof. That includes graphics, table throws, flags, banners, printed tents, custom sizes, custom and island exhibits, and promotional products with your logo.

We send a digital proof before anything prints. Check it carefully: spelling, colors, phone numbers and layout are printed exactly as approved.

If a printed item doesn't match the proof you approved, or has a printing defect, we'll reprint it at no charge.

Damaged or defective items

  • Check your order when it arrives. Email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • Keep all the packaging until we've sorted it out, since the carrier may want to inspect it.
  • For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, or the carrier may deny the claim.
  • We'll repair, replace or reprint damaged or defective items at no cost to you.

Cancellations

  • Stock items can be cancelled at no charge until they ship.
  • Printed items can be cancelled at no charge until you approve your proof. After that, production has started and the order can't be cancelled.
  • Custom and quoted projects follow the terms in your quote.
