How your order gets to you, and how shipping is charged.
Most items ship by UPS or FedEx
Banner stands, tabletop displays, pop-ups, fabric walls, counters and most accessories ship by UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the package weight and your address, so you see the cost before you pay.
Big items ship by freight truck
Booth kits 20 ft and wider, island exhibits, storage closets and anything over 150 lb are too big for UPS or FedEx. Freight isn't charged at checkout. We email you a freight quote, and nothing ships until you approve it. These products say "Ships by freight truck" on their page.
Quotes include shipping
For custom booths, rentals and anything priced by quote, shipping is included in the quote we send you.
Production starts after proof approval
Printed items go into production once you approve your digital proof, and shipping time is added after that. Product pages list the production time where we have it.
Ordering for a show?
Order early and tell us your show date. Leave time to approve your proof, for production, and for shipping.
